This course will give you a full and in depth understanding of molding and casting artificial Habitat Bases.

Join Daniel for an in-depth class on molding and casting. Learn what it takes to make your own artificial bases consisting of rocks and driftwood.
The course will detail how to choose mold worthy pieces. how to sculpt and design the piece for molding applications. Which products work the best for specific applications. techniques for silicone application and methods for convenient mother mold design.  You will learn how to successfully cast your molded products and avoid wasting money experimenting on unknown processes. 
This course will feature molding; 1 driftwood, 1 rock and 1 barnwood base. 
Once complete, you will take these 3 molds home with you to be used in your shop. 
​all pieces to be molded will be supplied along with all molding and casting materials.
