Please Download, Print and Fill out the order form above.
Send this form with any bird(s) being shipped.
Please contact us BEFORE shipping to ensure someone will be available to receive your birds when they are delivered to the shop.
Shipping Instructions:
Below are instructions for safe shipping methods.
Use a insulated Styrofoam box or a cardboard box packed with insulation.
Place frozen bird in box with an ice pack or two if possible. Do not use just bubble wrap as insulation, it is not sufficient.
Bird should be already bagged. Bird should only be removed from freezer on the day of shipment. The goal is to keep the bird from thawing out as much as possible during transit.
Please DO NOT use the postal service to ship.
Colder winter months are an ideal time to ship as the outside temperature helps keep your bird frozen.
You can ship Fedex or UPS ground as long as the expected delivery day is before or on Friday.
Always ship on a Monday to be sure your bird(s) don’t get stuck in the mail over the weekend.
In the warmer months, it’s better to ship with transit times of 2 business days or less.
